Apartment Casa sul Mare

The apartmenr is located in a quiet neighborhood near the sea, next to a nice public beach nearby. Everything in the apartment was clean and new, so it felt like we were the first guests. The apartment was well equipped, including air conditioning, an air purifier and a spacious refrigerator. The hosts were very friendly, polite and helpful, they also recommended us a boat tour of the Bay of Kotor that we really enjoyes.

Fantastic! Really nice apartment opposite (10-15 meters) the beach and the sea. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafeterias (the nearest Cafe/Bar Regata in 25 meters) nearby. Large, really well equipped apartment and the laaaarge terrace with a sea view, wow! Porto Montenegro with its bars/restaurants and luxurious yachts is only 10 minutes walk away. The owners Helga and Sime are warm and helpful people, all the best for them!

Perfect location across the road from the sea. Lovely terrace with a view across the bay. Spotlessly clean. Generous hosts that live above the apartment. Highly recommended.

Bed was a bit hard for us. Would have been nice to have a little salt and pepper in the cupboard.

Lication of thw property was perfect, 50m to the best beach in Tivat and 5 min wall to the Porto Montenegro. the equipment of the apartment is such that even during a long stay, you have the feeling of being at home. helga and Sime are perfect hosts, always ready for any information and help

This accommodation was amazing. The hosts, the area and the accommodation itself exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed. I can warmly recommend the accommodation.

Great location and super hosts. Loved the terrace which allowed us to enjoy evening drinks outside even during thunder storms and heavy showers. Great local restaurants and a really chilled out, and 'local', vibe. Supermarkets and shops really close by and fancy areas/shops too if that is your thing. Would have no hesitations staying here again.

This is no reflection on host or stay but merely a suggestion. As we were staying just before th peak season, the beach was readily accessible, and although the hosts provided beach towels, the nature of the beaches would have made beach visits more enjoyable if there were a couple of padded beach mats. Importantly, this is only a nice to have, not a detracting factor.
