Apartment Casa sul Mare

Great location, very relaxing and peaceful. Outdoor terrace was wonderful with views of the Bay and sunsets. Close to local mini grocery store and Voli supermarket. Hosts Sime and Helga recommended boat trip of Kotor Bay on the Katica boat which was lovely. 6 hours for 15 euros each would recommend.

Plenty of hot water, however shower was not very easy to use, and came off fixing.

The location was ideal for the more traditional end of the marina area with the apartment giving a beautiful terrace view directly opposite the pebbled beach. Sunny terrace with shade was ideal and perfect for sitting to simply watch the world go by. The apartment was split on ground floor between a lounge/open kitchen with full facility and a large fridge. The entrance hallway provided access to the bathroom which had a shower / bath and if needed the was a washing machine. The bedroom was off the hallway and had a large and comfortable double bed. As the apartment is built from stone the internal rooms were pleasantly cool and if needed there is air conditioning throughout in the lounge and bedroom. The accommodation is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Towels were provided and we were able to use the additional towels to take to the beach opposite. Our hosts were EXCELLENT providing pre arrival answers to questions we had and with great care and respectful consideration provided help and advice to assist us during our stay. They simply are wonderful people. Any daily needs for groceries can be bought very locally from a mini mart OR for bigger choice a nearby supermarket.

We would like to suggest that the property could provide beach mats (the type that can be either rolled up and carried or folded) to allow for sunbathing comfort on the pebble beach. This is not a criticism but simply a suggestion to further enhance the comfort of guests.

Comfortable and spacious apartment with a magnificent terrace in a great location right by the beach and close to Porto Montenegro. The apartment was right on the beach. It was close to the center and was very clean. It has beautiful terrace who looks on the beach. The hosts were very kind.
