Muni's Terrace Bungalow

Muni was so kind. And the view is extremely beautiful

Amazing place and lovely host

Beautiful tranquil setting among the picturesque rice fields and mountain views. Very private and quiet aside from the nearby mosque music which played very loudly about 3 times/day. The food was very good. Note: Lunch and dinners are 30,000 rupiah (not 25k as listed on booking.com). I enjoyed the free breakfast omelette and banana pancake. The A/C helped with the sweltering heat and humidity. Very beautiful place to just rest and unwind. There are a couple small stores but limited food/ market options available, unless you have a motorbike. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and a good value.

There were quite a few bugs, mostly little ants in the room and bed. There was also quite a bit of lizard dung in the bathroom which probably could have been easily cleaned up before I arrived. So, it could have been cleaner, but compared to many places in Indonesia, not bad. Maybe just clean the bathroom more thoroughly before guests arrive. Many bugs during wet season, but that’s expected.

The most beautiful location I have seen in Lombok so far. The hosts are so sweet and welcome and do their best to show you a local and authentic side of Lombok. It was such a special experience I will cherish forever. Lan is a great cook and can cook you lunch and dinner for only 30.000. Breakfast is included. You have the option to go on tours with Muni and give back to the locals. I teached English at a local school and I roasted my own coffee with the neighbours.

Shower did not work that well and was a bit cold, but the bungalows were extremely nice for the small price that I paid.

Truly a special place. Firstly, Muni is awesome. He is so helpful and caring and has some amazing recommendations for things to do in the area. These aren’t regular recommendations either, they are personalized trips! My girlfriend and I both want to be teachers, so Muni set up a day with us at an elementary school nearby. It was fantastic. Also, the food here is amazing!! Lan does such an awesome job with breakfast and every other meal as well and is such a nice guy to be around. 1000% would recommend.

The people were so kind! The food was delicious, we had a private chef. We talked with him and then we booked the next day with him for making coffee, coconutoil and cook lunch. We went with him to the local market. After that we made this things at his house. I recommend to do this. It was just so cool to be with the locals.

we planned to spend 4 nights in the bungalow and extended one more because we liked it so much!! The bungalow has been amazing and the location was perfect surrounded by many rice fields. Muni was so nice and showed us around. He took us to his family to roast coffee in the traditional way and showed us how to make coconut oil. When he visited his friends or family we were always welcome to join. The time we spent was not enough and we would have loved to spend more time in Lombok at Munis beautiful bungalows. Thanks for the wonderful time muni!

In the middle of the rice fields. Wonderful sunrise, beautiful just sitting outside of the bungalow observing the rice fields or going for a walk. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Prepare delicious dinner if you ask for that. The owner offers a lot of additional activities to get to know and experience the local culture.
