The host was very responsive with any questions or issues. The location is excellent, very close to the Polanco metro station.

The cleaning staff apparently skipped our dorm but the host resolved the issue immediately and to our satisfaction. There was no indoor handle or lock on the bathroom door.

"GREAT LOCATION. AWFUL HYGIENE"

The location is great. The mattress was reasonably comfortable, but the room was overcrowded with too many beds.

The bathroom's cleanliness was deplorable. I suspect that the bed sheet had not been changed prior to my arrival. During my final night, I discovered a pair of underwear stuck to the side of the mattress. The use of black sheets is not acceptable for a hospitality establishment.
