"Worst experience ever. Never again."

Nothing! Fraud big time!

The apartment was the worst experience I ever had, and I am traveling a lot. We booked a 30 square meters room for 4 people with two double beds in an Apartment and got shabby 13 square meter room. Not really clean, a tiny bathroom. The windows were so rusty we couldn’t close them. We booked for six days and left after two nights.

location is very good

the beds are in terrible condition, the mattresses need to be changed. The toilet is not in the room. In the booking.con description it says that the bathroom is private which is true, however, it is not in the room. I think booking.con should make this clear as it is not clear.
