The owner is amazing, he is really kind and helpful. This hotel offers you a very delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of vegetarian options. Also located near Tam coc center.

I liked everything about the property. Rooms were clean , bathroom was clean and sufficient, Owner is the best part of the property he is very attentive, helpful and kind. We got good scooters for good price at the property itself he also helped us for locations and stuff. Even his family is really sweet. Place is beautiful there is beautiful passage to sit on second floor you can just take your coffee and and enjoy the whole vibe there. Pool was also nice and clean. He even dropped us at the place where we supposed to catch bus. Definitely recommend it for the price we are paying its worth it.

Excellent accommodation we can highly recommend. We stayed two weeks. The accommodation is spacious and clean, the bed is great and the pool so good to cool down. The accommodation is well set up for online work and there is so much to explore in the region. The whole family is super lovely and the owner’s sister has a great restaurant 50m away with excellent Vietnamese food and lots of vegetarian options. Definitely recommend!

Great stay, the host was super friendly and helpful with everything! We could easily rent a scooter very cheap and leave our luggage after checkout until nighttime. We were even offered to use the (super huge and clean) pool after checkout. We would definitifly recommend the stay there!

We had an amazing stay at Elizabeth Hotel, we frequently walked to the main street with all the restaurants so it's close to the center. The place is beautiful with nice relaxation areas. The staff went out of their way to help us. They gave us bicycles to rent for two days that was well priced and comfortable. They also suggested places to go to and what to expect, and telling us where we can park to avoid paying for parking. They rented a motorcycle to us and fueled it up at the same price as what the gas station charge. The best part for me was the day we checked out we came back late to bring back the motorcycle and they offered us a room to shower and freshen up for 2 hours while we wait for the train to take us to our next destination, they even paid for the taxi to take us to the train station. They also helped by phoning around when we couldn't get any tickets and found an alternative. They are extremely sweet and they make you feel like family we were quite sad to say goodbye. I would definitely recommend this place when in Ninh Binh.
