Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice clean room.

It was quiet, beds were very comfortable, the owner was nice and always wanted to have a little chat, the breakfast was quite ok. We got good Infos about what to do/see in Tam Coc and further local area

Bike we rented were lower quality, you will find better ones in town. Shower had not much Power and whole bathroom was completly wet and water got cold quick.

The best place where we stayed during our 3 weeks travel around Vietnam. Calm area with beautiful landscape. The pool is great advantage during the season with high temperature. The owners are very nice and helpfull.

Maybe room needed to be clean during our stay, but probably it is only upon request and we did not ask. I do not take any minus for that.

This hotel was perfect, rooms were nice and clean,the facilities were good it had a pool table and nice swimming pool, the breakfast buffet was very tasty lots of homemade sweet breads, fresh fruit, pancakes and noodes/rice/eggs. The host was also very nice and helpful went above and beyond to help, this hotel is also far enough from the busy street that its peaceful but close enough walking distance we enjoyed our stay!

Big pool, pool table, loungers, good choice for breakfast. Room was clean with comfy bed. 10 minutes walk to the lake.

Pool could be slightly cleaner A little noisy in the room but not too bad

We stayed in three different accommodations in tam coc and this was the best. The owner was really nice, but not only that. The breakfast was really good and the pool was the biggest we had so far. You could really swim in it, or chill next to it. You have to walk a few minutes to the centre but it is really not that far and no reason not to book it. Because after a lot of food you will enjoy the little walk back. And because of that it is really quite at night. (Lunch or dinner Tip: next to it is a really good restaurant)

Spacious room, comfortable bed. lots of places to sit outside and we loved having a bench outside our room. Nice views front and back Staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we needed to check in very late at night (thank you!) Breakfast was an ordered one most days with a buffet on the weekend - typical western styled Vietnamese breakfast! decent options A bit of a walk to the centre but nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town Bikes on offer were a decent price and they can arrange transport for you to your next place if you need it.

Needed a bit more of a clean, we noticed how dirty our feet were in the room and the pool hadn’t been cleaned for a while (not the reason we booked it though!) Great value option for a very comfortable stay and would definitely visit again

Amazing staff, super comfy beds, good shower and tasty and filling breakfast. You cannot ask for more
