Charles at The front desk was very helpful. The place has a taxi Office next door. Very convenience place to stay. Near everything You need.

I would Say that they have to improve The number of cleaning times during your stay. The room was clean but nobody came to do the beds and general clean.

Security and staff were hospitable.

Very good staff and amazing breakfast. A bit expensive for what it is offered though. The staff were helpful and polite.

Look this is not a 4 staff hotel. It's clean and works in this developing city. Staff are fantastic and any issues, talk to them. I had no need as everything was a bit basic but satisfactory. I've staying in amazing hotels around the world but this is is a proud developing country.

Nothing being realistic

The staff were the saving grace of this establishment. When I never showed up to check-in because a sham rental car company never picked me up, the hotel receptionist saw a desperate message from me on Booking, reached out via WhatsApp, and arranged for an airport pick-up for me from a nearby driver he knew. I'm so grateful he went above and beyond to do that. The kitchen staff were also great and accommodating of my vegetarianism at breakfast without issue. The WiFi was reliable.

Overpriced, to be blunt. Sadly, even my saving airport shuttle ended up costing me more than if I'd taken a taxi (and in cash only), which was already twice the fare price online. The room itself needed work. The sheets and towels were stained and/or torn. The bathroom window didn't close; so, I had to wear mosquito repellent to bed. The overhead light didn't work and the lamplight in the room and bathroom were insufficient (very difficult to shave). The area was depressing, so very polluted with garbage, and tainted by open wastewater sluices. I didn't like to go out during the day because of the smell in the heat, and I didn't go out at night for security reasons. I'm not sure that's a reflection on the hotel's area, though, so much as Georgetown in general.
