Breakfast was very delicious

The air conditioning unit was leaking water and the floor was extremely wet and slippery. The shower head was facing the fall and the electrical wires were exposed. We only stayed one day and checked out.

The ladies who prepare and serve breakfast are excellent

I didn't like that there was no prepayment option when booking, nor barcode scanning at the property.. There was no lobby to wait. If there was, we weren't enlightened about it.. We were in front the property with our bags waiting on my husband to come with the physical card , as we traveled separately. That was tiring

The breakfast was great.

Not enough utilities. Not towels by the pool. Very slow service. Price to high. Area of the hotel is sketchy at night.

The breakfast was the only good feature of the stay. It was well prepared and the variety was good. The service staff in attendance also did good.

The room location was bad. Basic aspects such as even a drinking glass was not provided. The tv size was too small, its location was bad for proper viewing, and staff had to be called to turn it on every time it was turned off. The glass shelf in the bathroom was loose and could fall and shatter at any time - posing a real danger! Even the toilet space was inadequate!!!!
