Windjammer International Cuisine & Comfort Inn

This hotel has a great location, with the "sea wall" (a nice area with bars on the coast line) within a short walking distance. Staff was nice and really helpful. They provided waters bottles, which was much appreciated. Once we had a problem with our room and they quickly provided a solution. Rooms are clean, spacious and confortable. We had two separated queen beds, which was nice since we traveled among friends.

The swimming pool could be better arranged, with a real bar and more comfy fournitures. The breakfast is nice but could be better furnished.

Our experience at Windjammer was exceptional all thanks to the wonderful management and staff.

Some of the door locks were not closing from the inside. Issue was addressed.

The bathroom was a bit clogged.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was exceptional, accommodated our every need. Could not have expected better accommodations.

The staff Michelle, Charles,Sarah, Orin and the security guards were exceptional. They were always with a smile and willing to help with anything.

The TV was difficult to find a channel. The linens need to be replaced. The one on my bed had stains. The towels was not clean. The bathtub is too high to get into. The Bathrooms need amenities in it. The locks on the room doors has to be updated. I was appalled to see those keys.

The bed was comfortable The lobby was welcoming with a Christmas tree.

The reception staff were rude and unprofessional The breakfast on my first morning and my last morning was dreadful I shall attach photos. 2 cold hard fried eggs and 1 cold bake and last day was cold scrambled egg and cold bake

I reached in late 11/9/23 approx 12am and was greeted by Mr.Charles. He made me feel that my experience at the hotel was personally important to him. The Windjammer is in a prime location and the rooms are well designed and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and location of the hotel is a short walk to the sea walls for a morning stroll next to the ocean. Also if you need to get around the city conveniently there’s a taxi service next to the hotel. Definitely will be returning again, thank you Windjammer inn & Happy Birthday Mr.Charles

Staff very friendly and helpful. Pleasant swimming pool area. Limited but good breakfast.

Cash only payment. Quite expensive for a budget hotel.
