Villa Kriton Smart home

The accommodation was very spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. It was comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including heating, a kettle, coffee maker, kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, towels, soap, and shampoo. Free parking was available on-site, which was very convenient. Its location is perfect to visit Olympia.

Communication with the host was not very smooth before our arrival, and we had some difficulties finding the property as it is located in a rural area. Additionally, being in a rural setting, there is a chicken coop behind the property, and the rooster crowed nonstop every morning before 6 AM, which was not very pleasant as it woke us up.

Big, modern apartment with plenty of room. Has everything you need in terms of utilities. Kitchen well equipped, comfy beds. Calm neighbourhood.

Not that smart after all. We did not receive any instructions and had problems contacting the owners for a check-in. No warm water was available and we could not even take a shower at night. Many light switches did not work. The location is not appealing.

The house was fantastic! Very modern, spacious, and super clean! The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Finding the house was quite difficult. It would have been much appreciated if the host had provided the correct address beforehand, as the one listed on the booking was wrong, and we had to call to ask for it. Additionally, there was no warm water during our stay. While the host initially said he would look into it, it was never resolved, and we received no further communication from him. This was disappointing and not very accommodating.

Fantastic place to stay, and very well equipped throughout. Quite and warm. we didn't use the outside area but it looked great for BBQs ect.

Communication could have been better

The best apartment I have ever visited, Christos is a great and very helpful person. The apartment has everything you can dream of, all hi-tech, super clean, very large, modern design. We have enjoyed our not planned stay perfectly. We booked the place 10 minutes before the arrival and all was ready to use and easy to access. THANK YOU.

Clean home

Very difficult to find the property and communicate with the owner by phone number, booking email and what's app. Owner said he would meet us at property but didn't. Worse still, he sent us the wrong pin with a location 30 minutes away from his property. An elderly gentleman helped us find it. Owner said we were the only ones to have this problem (not true...others complained) I and just as we were finally arriving, he said he would cancel our reservation. We are traveling with a 95 year old: he asked why and worse, where we were from! A smart house!!?? He could have set up a smart sign from the road and turned on some outside lights for us as we arrived in the dark and to reach the villa, there are many stairs. We noticed he turned off the heating during the night. Elderly people feel cold differently... Owner likes to collect his money without doing proper customer service. Shame on him for not fixing these problems by now...

It was a very modern apartment with all the amenities, and it felt like our home away from home. It was very spacious, and the outdoor area was nice, too. Close drive to Olympia.

You need a car to stay here. It was okay for us as we had a hire car and easy to get around.

We absolutely loved this truly amazing Villa, it was so comfortable and extremely clean. The beds are so so comfortable and the area is lovely and quiet. Everything about this villa is special, more than what we expected. A stones throw from the ancient Olympia site, the locals were great, the food was great and the villa was perfect. A smart Villa without fault.

The first day was a little tricky to work out how to operate things, but once sorted it was ok. It also would have been better to have a number for the house as our GPS took us far off!
