Brand new villa with PlayStation 5! Very convenient location.

The property is in excellent condition. Very clean, comfortable, spacious. The best house I ever stayed

The communication. The address in booking.com is wrong. It’s lucky the lady in the wrong address brought us to the right address. I could not contact the owner by booking.com app, by the phone in booking.com and by the help of booking.com staff. I reported the issue two days before checkin as I could not contact owner and don’t know how to check in. I was told I must goto the property first if still can not get in, contact them. So we went to the property, could not get in. Called booking.com again. This time they were able to find owner. Finally we were able to get in the property. I am not sure what’s wrong about this booking. It caused us a lot of worries and wasted a lot of time during our tight schedule in Olympia. Hope this can be improved and other guests not suffer the same as we went through

For google one just needs to add "Villa Kriton", much easier to find than with the normal address.

Where it was situated. Hard to find. No communication with owners until you arrive at property. Because it is remotely situated consider leaving a few essential items like milk bread eggs and other things. Also towel rails in bathroom. More directions on road.

The 3-bedroom/ 2-bathroom upstairs apartment is modern, comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has every appliance you could need and a large fridge. There is also enough lounge seating for 4-5 people. Double glazing means the apartment is quiet and cool. There is also air conditioning throughout. Parking is at the gate. Convenient location for visiting Olympia.

The apartment is a ‘smart’ house but would benefit from an instruction manuel. I spent a long time trying to work out how to turn on the stove top which Konstantinos turned on remotely once I contacted him in desperation. Also the listing says there is a pool - there is NO pool. Finally, the house is tucked beside a highway overpass. The double glazing means you can’t hear the traffic when you are inside but the setting is not very picturesque.

Very private,very spacious, lots of amenities, nice yard, helpful instructions on cards.comfortable beds. Very nice A/C. A short drive to town.

Hard to find initially at night. There were roosters nearby that make sure you wake early. Lots of things we're battery driven, but some batteries were dead (trashcan and soap dispenser). The Internet was really slow in the evening.
