We are absolutely disgusted and extremely disappointed with our recent stay at Villa Pulu Uluwatu. The condition of the accommodation was unacceptable. The rooms were filthy. The bedding, bathroom, towels, and even the glasses were visibly dirty. The curtains were covered in dust and emitted a foul smell. Most concerning was the overwhelming sewage odour coming from the bathroom, which made it incredibly difficult to remain in the room. While the young man attending to us did his best to be helpful and accommodating, and we do sincerely appreciate his efforts and positive attitude, the overall state of the villa made our stay unbearable. Although we had paid for three nights, we were only able to stay for two due to the poor conditions. We felt compelled to leave early, sacrificing the third night, simply for our own health and comfort. We are also deeply concerned that the reviews on Booking.com do not reflect the true state of this property. We have contacted Booking.com directly to report these issues and question the authenticity of the existing reviews. It is extremely disappointing to have wasted our money on such substandard accommodation, and we hope this feedback will help others avoid a similar experience.
