The bed was very comfortable

Dirty place and so many bugs inside. This was one of the most disappointing stay I ever had. This place has so much potencial but it seems that nobody really cares about customer satisfaction. If they would clean properly and pay more attention to the surroundings, it could be a perfect hidden oasis.

I liked the location, and the young assistant manager Como is his name, always smiling did everything he could to make me comfortable .

Staff were lovely, very quiet hotel location, pool was nice, aircon was amazing and kept rooms very cool

Great location! It’s a 5-7 min walk to the main streets with all the food/shopping but you far enough to not hear the noise of the street. The people are really lovely who work here. Overall a great stay. I’ll be staying here again next time I’m in Uluwatu :)

The owner was really nice and helpful. The bed was comfy and TV was a nice addition.

The room was poorly cleaned, especially the bathroom. There were different kinda bugs and lizzard in the room. Room was big but there were no decorations in the room.

Bed amazing and really good aircon. Very large room and comfy. Very quiet away from hussle but close enough by bike and walk.

Would have been nice to have a shower mat for floor and change of towels as there 3 days.

Great comfort for the value. Location is very close to every kind of entertainment you'd like to find. The room was spacious and comfortable. What's very important, it was clean and the staff that met us was friendly and helpful.

There were almost no kitchen utensils, even though we didn't use the kitchen, so not a big loss for me personally. We had an early morning check out and it was a bit hard to find owners/staff to give back the key as there was no "official" reception at the moment (they were renovating that space)
