Super Kontakt . Völlig unproblematisch Abwicklung mit absoluter Zuverlässigkeit. In der Stadt gelegen, alles zu Fuß in Minuten zu erreichen.

Eine Elektroheizung wie üblich dürfte schon sein. 18 Grad im Mai sind anders als kuschelig.
