Marianne Suites El Nido

The location was great, so close to the beach and walking distance to anything needed. Breakfast on day two was great (More suited to my western tastes).

Breakfast on day one was not very varies. lots of seafood and no options for western tastes. Checkout was very long, there was a queue and only one staff member to process - when requested if more staff could come to help the 'supervisor' didn't like this suggestion. eventually we were seen and then told we needed to wait while the room was 'checked' unsure if this is a normal thing in the phillipines but i didn't like the insinuation we would steal or break anything without reporting it.

The location is great and nearby the town square

- We had no wifi at the hotel for 3 out of the 4 days we were there. No compensation offered or alternative options offered by staff. - The tv did not work without wifi. - We had ants in our room. - the staff could not give us 2 keys per room because they ran out of keys. - the swimming pool had a bad smell

It’s close to El Nido downtown where all the markets bars and stores/restaurants are which is the main area

No wifi, not hot water at during our entire 4 days stay. Staff is not very friendly

The shower cabin had probably not been cleaned for several months. The towels had holes and were stained. The reception said that the bed was changed every day, but in practice it turned out that it was simply turned over on the other side. To change the bed, you need to go up and ask the reception about it, then they will do it. The staff is friendly, the room is nice, but the room is very dirty

Große Zimmer und schöne Einrichtung.

Schimmel an der Decke, dreckige Bettwäsche und ein wirklich schlechtes Frühstück.
