The family room is big enough. There are 2 balcony area for hangout and drying ur wet clothes Comfortable pillow beds and AC Toilet and shower are good Provided water kettle and toiletries

We requested for a early checkin but we were declined and when its time to check did not try to update hence its 30mins late. Short staff at Front desk. We were provided 4 bottled water and small bath towel, and gave us(4) only one KEYCARD. Room phone is under maintenance No mini bars for beverages No hair dryer

Estaba todo bien. A solo 10min a pie del centro. Tuktuks por la zona y todo muy a mano

Tiene gym pero las maquinas no funcionan, solo pudimos usar las mancuernas

Плесень просто везде, постельное белье в пятнах! Неприветливый персонал (девушка на ресепшен). Номер никто не убирает даже с табличкой на двери. Нужно спускаться специально просить на ресепшен.

Good location

Showers were either roasting hot or cold no in between. Work was being carried out so early in the morning there was noise and when they painted outside our room stank of paint for 2 days as it came through the AC unit

The staff at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and they had different Filipino dishes everyday

The cleaning staff did not do their job. We had to notify several times when it came to changing the bed linen and we had to ask for water and the coffee powder that the staff forgot to put in the room several times during our stay
