excellent space, comfy bed, clean, well provisioned, own front door, private, friendly welcome. it's a real bonus to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room, along with provided cultery and plate to use!

"breakfast in room" language on booking.com website is a bit confusing language. there was no breakfast included.

"Warm cosy and feels like home with lots of space and lovely high ceilings."

I was cosy; warm and felt like home. I felt secure and my room was easily accessible. It’s right across the road from a Sainsbury’s so I could do a last minute shop. The room had everything I needed.

The bed was very soft, usually I sleep on a firmer mattress but I still got a good night sleep. Everything else was perfect. The hospitality is great.
