The cheapest room I guess without AC. Lots of work needed and mainly cleaning. After two days we asked for fresh towels. The owner gave us the third day only. I guess they don't shower as often? But for tourists it's different we need to take shower more often in this hot climate. And actually we pay for the room with fresh daily towels. Already we use them two days but in this facility the owner decides when you will get fresh towels ;)) What is continental breakfast??? Definition :.... a light breakfast, typically consisting of coffee and bread rolls with butter and jam. No jam no butter no choices? Only toasted jaffel every day? Better not offer breakfast at all if it is too much hassle. Businesses should have a type of standard all over the world. Simple understanding of tourism. Not just trying to make quick cash! It's simple principles and business practice. Some people are stuck in their primitiv ways and will never learn from their mistakes. Good luck with the this.

I felt not as a guest here but rather just a passing through cash opportunity. Which is OK but then everything else must be acceptable. What is advertised must be available. For example we had no toilet paper no soap and no court yard view at all. Suggestion : Just start cleaning using elbow grease! Use a brush and soap and start scrubbing the bathroom. Clean the toilet properly. And fix the electrical outlets hanging from the walls. Get a painter for a day and have him remove the loose paint on the wall and buy some paint. Put some money back into the business and everything will be in a much better condition. It is called general maintenance!!

For the sake of fairness I will say that the location is good and the breakfast was ok.

The pictures are from the "good room upstairs" only therefore very misleading. For the room on the ground floor: Maintenance has not been done in a long time and appliances don't work and partially hang from the walls. The paint is falling due to humidity. Cleaning also lacking with stains on walls, spiderwebs but the bathroom is a piece of work. No cover for the duvet and no blanket. I doubt it gets washed after every client. The double room had a 2nd single bed that was not requested, took a lot of space and made the room look untidy. Lesson learned, will read the reviews properly next time. Its a pitty though, with little effort it could be a nice room to stay. It is not.

Great location - close to the center & monkey forest. A lot of restaurants, cafes and more close by! Very good value for money too! Room was really good size for me as a solo traveler and had everything I needed. Wifi also very good here Enjoyed my stay here and even booked some additional days to stay. Communication went smoothly too and were very accommodating. Recommended if staying in Ubud

Old and wet appartment Mold is huge and everywhere No proper conditioning so after night you will have headache All my stuf get wet and there no hot water Also bad internet connection that fully dissapear when rainy

Bathroom needs some renovation, no minibar, no electric kettle, no toiletries, no bed linen. +10%Tax.

Great spot, in the center of Ubud. Behind some beautiful temples to feel an inner, yet budget, experience. Fruit and jaffle breakfast (better than other budget accommodations around Indonesia)

Is not for you if you’re after air con. During October with 25-30 Cº was ok for me.
