Saracens Head The Annex

The property was easy to find and located in an ideal quaint peaceful village. The annex we stayed in was small and adequate for our one night stay. Clean and equipped with a microwave, fridge and the obligatory kettle! (Much appreciated) We had two small dogs and there was an extra charge for the second dog that was a fare price. The entrance to the annex was from the car park of the public house. But set back so it was private. There was a seating area on grass that is the beer garden of the pub. Spacious and was not busy at that time. There was other accommodations on site that looked to be bigger and better if staying longer than one night and with no pets. The staff at the pub were helpful on arrival. The communications I had with the landlord of the pub and accommodation were pleasant and helpful. A positive experience and I would recommend to anyone.

The sink in the bathroom. Being on top of the toilet? Awkward to use and didn’t feel hygienic? Was very clean space. No complaints. Just felt a bit strange the sink being there.

Really enjoyed our night at saracens head, Maddie was great and very friendly and welcoming and the pub next door was brilliant and food was amazing great value for money . We just wanted it for a night and it was ideal would definitely stay again 😁😁

It was a handy emergency dog friendly option. Fridge and microwave a nice touch especially as we had food for our onward holiday.

Had a smell of damp. Mattress very soft. Also says free WiFi but unable to get any signal.
