Duana Sari Ubud by Mahaputra

Bath was fabulous. It was in a quiet spot that was close to everything. Lovely restaurants nearby. Lovely, well kept gardens.

It would have been better if it had a little refrigerator so we could have milk in the room. Had to leave our milk in the fridge in the reception area which was often locked when we felt like a tea or coffee. TV did not work. Accordingly to other reviews, there was a kitchen available to use but we were not today about it.

Bathroom a bit smelly. We had to turn on incense everyday.

The staff was very helpful und friendly, room was very clean, beds were very big and comfortable, pool was clean and good temperature, property well maintained. The hotel is only a short distance away from the palace, market and restaurants but still quite. We had two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with endless supply of drinking water.

I loved the vibe of this hotel. It’s quiet boutique style hotel run by a family. The room, bathroom and balcony are very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again.

Quiet, very friendly staff

The advertising is misleading, the booking offers two rooms with a pool but in reality they are separate rooms without access to the pool since this is for those who rent a family tower. Improve the cleanliness of bathrooms. it doesn't have a refrigerator

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The hotel is in a great location in Ubud. We could go out walking everywhere and arrive to the heart of Ubud within minutes.

The humidity in the bathroom was strong and it had a bit of a smell. Beside that, I'm pretty happy with this hotel.
