The staff was friendly and accomodating

The amenities need updating, the place could use more cleaning. There were cobwebs everywhere and the toilet was slightly yellowish when we got there.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We also liked having access to a swimming pool (even if the water was a bit cold!)

The location - it was on the 'wrong side' of Ubud, in that we had to sit in hours of traffic just to get to the area where the property was located. Also, there is no access to the property by car, you need to park elsewhere and walk on foot. Cold breakfasts - the hosts prepared breakfast every day but the 'hot' option (eggs, toast etc) was always cold. The pastries (croissants etc) were always rock hard and inedible. Geckos - the property was overrun with geckos. A family of them seemed to live in the kitchen, so not very hygienic.

The service..send food to.our room..and very helpful in many way...
