Air conditioning went out on us twice making it very uncomfortable and inconvenient. First time they had maintenance come up to fix it second time they gave us instructions on how to fix it. 2nd floor never got fixed and stayed above 78 degrees the whole time making us have to utilize the pull out couch because it was too hot to sleep

19th floor view was excellent. No problem with getting elevators. Parking was good. We have stayed at this location 6 previous times. First time thru this renter.

Closet in bedroom too full with owner's stuff to use. Ceiling fan in bedroom only had 1working light bulb. Toilet didn't flush well the first day. Luggage holder in bedroom was broken. No notification that we needed to bring our info for Spectrum and other streaming apps, so TV was basically useless. Faculty had a scheduled maintenance on AC from midnight to approx 230am of which we were not notified by renters. This kept us awake and temp in room went to 78degrees F. Upon arrival, I had trouble figuring out where 3rd bed was, so reached out to renters as to location of pull out twin bed. Their response was very snippy, advising me there was not a pull out twin bed. However, there was a pull out bed from love seat. Up keep of unit needs to be refreshed

Loved being so high up, you could see everything but not so noisy. The kids loved the water slide and the kids club area. They had so much fun.

The location was great, the place was very roomy, there was a lot of on site activities and events, the views were beautiful.
