The decor was a bit dated in the bedroom but it was clean

The internet was down for 60 percent of the stay. The tvs didn't work at all in the beginning and they got one working right away and the other didn't get fixed until they next evening

The location was excellent, loved the top floor location. We could sit out in the sun by day and enjoy the ocean waves at night! The 2 br/2ba/2 kitchen combo unit fit my adult children, and their families perfectly. Oceanwalk itself is incredible- the 3 pools, the shops nearby, and right by the pier and nighttime activities were great for my adult children and grandkids 2 and 5 loved it.

We did have a problem with the air-conditioning, but the owners were very prompt and had someone working on it almost immediately.

"Disappointing"

Air conditioning would not cool. Ice machine not working. Dusty, chairs are horrible worn out and dining chairs are horrible. Bathroom cabinets seem there better days. Hair dryers would not hang in holder. This whole unit need a makeover..will not stay here again.

Penthouse was very spacious and clean. Kitchen, utensils, and cookware were plentiful. Staff was responsive.

Water only gets low warm
