The apartment was tidy

There were no change of towels, crockery was chipped and broken. There was no toaster or draining rack. There was no adequate size bin There was no clear instructions as to how to access the Lagoon as such we were denied access. The apartment was not serviced. There was a gig on the Lagoon in the first night and the music and noise continued well after 22:00...which we were not informed about

The place was clean, neat and perfect for our weekend stay!

The access to lagoon and information on how to have access to the amenaties, like canoeing etc. We did not know that there was an additional fee to be paid for access. If you do go on a weekend, there is only one restaurant and it gets extremely busy, there should at least be another option. It made it difficult to have a nice dinner as the restaruant was fully booked and you can't book a table over weekends. We had to go out of the estate for dinner.

I loved everything. The house was clean 👌 like clean.the Agent was always available for assistance. Not bothering us at all .we had peace ✌️. AND THE LAGOON VIEW EXCEEDED my expectations. ❤️❣️ It was worth the price 😍

The apartments view was beautiful, facing lagoon, clean and comfortable.

The owner need to improove on the kitchen utensils, glasses, salad bowls, cuttlerry, there was no dustbin even. There was no sachets for coffee, tea, sugar

The rooms were clean and fit my family comfortably

The braai stand griller was very dirty that’s the only issue, I had to scrub it myself. The rules are absolutely insane and are not applied to everyone. Some rules are needed yes but the type of shoes you wear while see through outfits are not allowed yet there are people with see through outfits walking around but you are supposed to go back and change your shoes which were slides not slippers.You should ask for permission to breathe in this place as well it might be against the rules. You pay so much for accommodation yet you have to pay extra for facilities it’s ridiculous
