Heart of City Centre Luxury Apartment with Secure Underground Parking

Noisy as faces onto street. TV was not connected to an Ariel and wouldn’t connect to the internet so was useless. Bathroom was not very clean and toilet seat was broken. Shower screen leaked and door handles on entrance and bathroom needed attention. Strange smell in the apartment and smell of cooking in the hallway. Owner did not provide the code to gain the keys from the nearby Gulf Petrol station and had to call twice before the code was sent in a link

Nothing - it was so poor that I had to book alternative accommodation.

The check-in process was poorly communicated. I received a vague email requesting photo ID without instructions on how to provide it. Access to the accommodation was withheld until I uploaded my details to an unfamiliar link, which was concerning. The access code was only sent 30 minutes before arrival, while I was travelling, and I had to collect the keys from a petrol station, which was inconvenient. No directions were provided for parking, and my confirmation email lacked the apartment number, requiring a call to the owner, who initially gave the wrong information. The communal areas were poorly maintained, with strong odours of smoke and food. On arrival, I was surprised to find a video doorbell, which had not been disclosed. The apartment itself was in unacceptable condition—uncleaned from a previous guest, with food debris, stained light switches, an unclean bathroom, and cheap furnishings. The bed linen appeared unwashed, the fridge was dirty, and the front door handle was broken. Despite booking for two nights, I did not stay at the accommodation and secured alternative accommodation. My complaint to the owner has gone unanswered. I cannot recommend this property.

Good location near the bullring Shopping Centre. Easy access to car park very good security. Enjoyed our stay host was very helpful and accommodating. Will stay here again.
