GBGBThe property was clean and tidy. It had all the amenities we required for our stay. The parking space was helpful and it was walking distance to the supermarket. Jamie the host was prompt to respond to enquires before and after our stay.
The main issue was that we have a small car and the kerb was quite high to access the parking space. All non drivers had to exit the car and we had to proceed slowly to ensure the car floor did not scrape on the pavement

The stairs could be soffit for some lesser able people due to their steepness.

Parking was a bit hard if you have a big car - very narrow street.
AULocation was excellent. A Sainsbury for groceries less than 5 minutes walk from the accommodation and a few more minutes to the main Shopping area. A 10 minute walk to Arcades on Marine Parade seafront and hotels for meals. It was also very clean.
Parking space is suited best to a small car - we had a larger Toyota CHR which took a bit of manoeuvring with narrow street and high gutter to get into space. Bunk beds are only suited to children because of mesh base and metal slats. We were 3 adults.
GBClose to town centre with local coffee shop and convenience store in 5 min walk. Lovely and clean throughout. When looking at prices for local hotel chains this was perfect
