King's house apartments

Appartement au top, super joli, agréable, fonctionnel, 1 grande pièce à vivre, 2 grandes chambres avec rangements et grands lits, 2 salles bain, 4 balcons, une petite vu sur la mer. Plusieurs petits commerces aux alentours, facile d'accès à pieds (superette, fruits/légumes, poissonnerie, boulangerie etc ...) Appartement à 10 min environ en tram du centre Palerme, très facile à faire. (3,10€ pour la journée aller/retour illimité) Simona a toujours été disponible pour nous par message et même bien avant notre séjour pour répondre à nos questions, grand merci à elle.

A noter que le quartier n'est pas très propre (un peu à l'image de la ville) que la plage n'est pas propre du tout et c'est vraiment dommage car elle est à 200m à pied de l'appartement c'est les seuls points négatifs que nous avons à dire.

Simona que nos recibió estuvo atenta en todo momento incluso antes de nuestra llegada. Estuvimos en dos apartamentos los cuales ambos eran nuevos y con una decoración muy moderna. Estaban muy completos, con pequeñas terrazas en cada una de las habitaciones y dos terrazas grandes en el comedor con vistas al mar. Muy cerca del centro a través del tranvía que estaba cercano al alojamiento.

Simplemente como comentario, aunque no es en relación al apartamento, es que la playa de la zona no es para el baño.

Apartamentul spatios, foarte curat si modern, parcarea privata, personalul foarte amabil si prietenos.

Zona un pic cam murdara. De fapt, tot Palermo este un oras murdar.

Знаходиться неподалік центру, трамваєм всього до 10-15 хв. Квартира повністю відповідає фото, все чисте. Поряд громадський пляж, на якому як і по всьому острову проблеми із сміттям, але якщо маєте авто зможете знайти приватний пляж. Неподалік є пекарня з чудовими каноле, а також заклад з морепродуктами

Nagyon modern, igényes és jól felszerelt az apartman.és maga az épület is. Kifejezetten tetszett, hogy két fürdőszoba volt. A konyha minden fontos eszközzel felszerelt.

A lakásban minden tetszett. A környék azonban sajnos eléggé szemetes, ahogyan az apartmanhoz közeli tengerpart is. De szerencsére kocsival kb.20 perc alatt elérhető Palermo egyik legjobb strandja.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and bright, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The large balconies contribute to a perfect relaxation during the stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and spotless. The area is quiet and safe, ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Apartment. 2 tolle Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Balkon mit Meerblick vorhanden. Prima mit PKW Stellplatz. Sehr freundliche Schlüsselübergabe. Kommunikation klappte hervorragend. Ein schönes Bad von der Größe, aber eins sehr klein.

Mit 2 Pärchen ist das eine Badezimmer leider sehr klein und die Dusche. Keine Ablagefläche oder Haken im kleinen Badezimmer.

We liked the cleaning of the apartament and all its modern features. The parking is right next to the entrance and it is always availlable and protected by barrier. Simona provided all the necessary details and she is always ready to help.

The distance to the old city center is about 3km but it is a good thing as you stay în a cleaner area of the city and you have a seaview.

Large apartments with two bathrooms, nice TV, air conditioners in every room, 4 balconies and the view of the sea. Very clean with all essential facilities as microwave, fridge + freezer, washing machine, iron.

There was everything except dishwasher.
