Very nice and clean. 2 bathrooms which is big plus. Nice terraces.

We like everything.

This place was immaculate. It was very comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. The kitchen has a large refrigerator. One of the best things was the fact that it has 4 balconies! It also has a very nice private parking area right behind the apartment. It also has a great elevator.

I can't really say anything negative about these apartments.

Ivan was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive – we felt very safe during our stay. If I ever return to Palermo, I will definitely come back to this apartment. The street has everything you might need: a bakery, fish market, butcher, a wine shop with local delicacies – and even Ivan’s large shoe store! There’s a lovely seaside promenade nearby that leads to the marina, but if you’re short on time, you can take the tram and be in Palermo’s old town in just 6 minutes.

The property is very nice, clean with very good facilities - kitchen, bathrooms etc. The two bedrooms are with everything you need for a comfortable stay with enough wardrobes and hangers. Beds and Pillows are great too and not the cheap ones! Simona is very helpful and kind. Ivan, the owner is great too.

The apartment is amazing, extremely clean, organized in a well layout with balconies, natural light, sound proof apertures, lift access, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and open living space, with sea view from the balconies. The location is excellent, all amenities just walking distance like bakery, butcher, fish shop, delicatessen shop, pharmacy and in the front road, full of restaurants. The hosts, Simona, extremely helpful and Ivan the owner very welcoming and helpful. We also had the car, the block has its own secured parking area.
