"Very unhappy and the first time we have been badly let down with Booking . com"

NOT A LOT. Not fit for purpose

We arrived to a freezing cold unwelcoming property, There was a pile of post behind the door some of which were red letters. Obviously no one had been any where near for days. There was no instructions on the premises how to find WIFI or work anything. The TV had no signal. So we were sat in the cold with nothing to watch. We eventually managed put on the heating and sat for the evening in the freezing cold in our Winter coats. The property was described as an apartment in Shildon, it was in fact a terraced house in a very dubious area some miles from Shilden, in an area with no pubs restaurants etc. How this property is rated at 10 is unbelievable We did in the morning find an textl from the owner with information We are most disappointed with the whole experience and feel we should have a full refund.

"Exceptional"

Nice two bedroom house in the british countryside. Everything was clean and cosy. Quiet so easy to have a good night sleep. Very nice hosts, ready to help out even late at night with any issues.
