Location is good, the restaurant below is decent

Horrible smoking smell, dirty bed sheets, mattress is very painful with springs. When mentioned about the dirty bedsheets they sent a staff with another bedsheet & he just handed it to me. I had to put this sheet over the existing one myself.

It would be better, if you maintain the hygiene . Sound/noise disturbance, mosquitos and bugs in the room, have a foul smell in the room, services are pathetic.
