Location of property is very good. Dedicated parking space is available for bikes and cars. There's a very good Udupi restaurant in the same building.

No room service was done is any day. Room was little cramped but expected for the price. Reception is hidden away in the end of underground parking. From the outside it's hard to know which way to go to check in.

The staff was rude and I was there with my sister. We felt unsafe the whole night and I was not able to sleep because of that. We reached the hotel around 12:30 at night and they didn't check us in till 1:30. At reception the guy told that the money they got is much less and we need to pay 500 extra otherwise he wont give us the room. I ask for a refund and why he accepted the money if it was not possible but he didn't gave back the money. He told us to contact booking agent and tell them that the room won't be available for this price. This was the worst experience ever. I believe the other good reviews must be fake. there was no good water facility and the management was a trouble for our 2 night stay. After contacting booking agency they gave us the room but no one helped us with the luggage. Worst experience ever will never suggest anyone this hotel. dont book it even by mistake. I would request a refunf for the complete booking and also would suggest to remove the hotel from all platforms.

The location was good. Right at Kothaguda junction and a lot of eateries around.

I was asked to call booking.com since they felt the price was too less and I should pay more, so it took me an hour to check-in. The rooms were dated, flush leaking. Once I was locked out of the room, since the key stopped working. They replaced the lock urgently though. Breakfast though promised by booking.com was not provided by the hotel. Booking.com promised to refund the price, but its seems to be a lot of form filling for that.

Very helpful and the staff was very polite. The staff was very friendly. Overall the experience at the hotel was superb.
