Warm. Plenty of room

Not very well maintained. Staircase steep and bannister not very effective. Bed side lights not connected.

This is my second time staying at this property, it was amazing. Lovely decor, very comfortable & a perfect location in Manchester. The host was very welcoming and attentive to our needs! Complimentary snacks/drinks left for us, couldn’t ask for more!

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay

The kitchen is big and spacious

It was cold in the night. One of the bedroom door is broken but manageable. Very difficult to close.

We had plenty of room for our band, a place to shower and sleep. That was pretty much the requirements. Walking distance to a few places to eat/drink and directly across the road from the police station.

One of the beds was essentially like sleeping on springs and only 2 towels were given when there were 5 guests staying.

The house was comfortable, the beds were quite basic comfort wise and clean. Lots of room. Fridge/freezer. washing up liquid and left over toiletries if needed. Plenty of toilet rolls. Nice dining room and oven spotless. Ok for 1 night though.

Not the best of areas to stay although we did not encounter any issues or noise. No back door key and no fire escape windows, quite poor in that respect and dangerous. Several plug sockets did not work or lamps. Settee is very stained, no T Towels, curtains very thin. We would have like some baking trays and only 1 oven glove.

The property was very clean and had everything that we needed.

If I had one fault it would be that the bedroom windows need blinds as the sun was extremely bright from early morning.

So cosy and beautiful. Absolutely loved our stay and felt at home. Thank you for being so accommodating and welcoming. Looking forward to returning!
