Magic Sand Beach Resort

Nothing much to be honest.

The whole experience was really poor. The place wasn't clean, I had a rash the next day probably due to bed bugs. The bathroom smelled bad, drainage wasn't good water was everywhere in bathroom. They didn't have any toilet paper, soap, shampoo, or water in the room had to ask for water and toilet paper. And to make it worse the price was way too high for what it offered. I can't recommend this place in any way.

The staff, the cleanliness, proximity to Arambol beach, food. Dedication of staff team is exceptional. Specially Yuvraj. He was always available on call, message and was very responsive even on booking.com messages. Also helped arrange a small setup for my wife's birthday.

Few extra facilities can be added - hair dryer. The shower is excellent but hot water runs out quickly. Probably a better wardrobe.

Nice room and bathroom. Spacious and clean. Caretaker was super helpful. Beach is close enough to walk to. Hardly a 2-5 mins walk. Property is peaceful. Balanced Sense of privacy yet connected to the outdoors.

Amazing value for this money! Friendly and helpful stuff, nice yard, good location! Beach, money exchange, supermarket, massage salons, cafes - everything is close.

I know it's not the hotel's responsibility, but if only the path to the beach was a little maintained

The location was great but it could do with more signs and directions en route, the English TV film channel was a bonus

No swimming pool and awkward to walk home in the dark between the houses

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would love to stay there again.

Probably room cleaning service everyday, giving water bottles and providing wifi which I was not able to use.

A total new and modern design place to stay. Very close to the sea, and the main street, but still quiet and cozy. Great garden to stay, and a warm and lovely owners.

Hard to find by google maps at the first time. The back entrace (but the usefull one, is located between houses and a bit complicated.
