Magic Sand Beach Resort

The place is really nice, clean and nice rooms, with big bathrooms. The people working at the place is also very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the stay and stayed longer than expected.

Newly built property, nice large room, good furniture, balcony, tucked in a peaceful corner of Arambol with 5 minutes walk from the beach. Good cafes and stores close by. Staff is helpful. We had a hasslefree experince at this property. Rooms are exactly how its visible in the pictures.

No operational restaurant - at least tea/coffee/sandwich should be available for room service. Thin walls between rooms, I could hear the TV from the other room. Acoustics could have been better. Toilet wihtout an exhaust is not a good idea.

It was clean and felt fresh. Beautiful lawn in front of the rooms.

No issues with the property itself. Unfortunately the path to the beach which is outside the property had a lot of rubbish. However that is something beyond the control of the resort.

Two minutes walk to the beach. The yard is green & shady. The room is clean and stylish. It has a pleasant floor covering, a good mattress, and soft bed sheets. The AC is located perfectly: it is directed to the bed but not to the heads of sleeping people. Also, there is a ceiling fan. Bathroom with hot water, good soap accessories and towels. Outside, there is a terrace suitable for drying swimsuits.  WiFi is fast and stable enough for IT specialist work. Nearby, there are local shops and the brilliant cafe ZeitGeist. The place is the island of civilization & comfort. It has even the possibility to wash away sand from feet on the way to the room.

The place is private, comfortable, and well kept. The owners are kind and responsive and all of our needs were met. It's very close to the beach (3 minute walk) and also very close to the market and anything else you need.

Clean and spacious

Should have basic amenities like kettle, cups and spoons and a small couch or a chairs inside the room.

The resort is very new. Rooms are very clean and spacious. I liked the room a lot. The manager Yuvraaj is very helpful and professional. Very prompt and friendly.

The resort doesn't have a functional kitchen yet. That posed a problem. There was no electric kettle in the room too. So it was impossible to even get a cup of tea in the morning.

It's a new resort with a lovely big garden. The beach is close, you can hear the ocean at night. Our room was super clean with an awesome view. Very helpful and friendly staff. All in all, we had a wonderful time there.

Google maps leads you on the wrong way. You need to take the road from the main parking at the beach. You can call them they will lead you to find it ;)

It is a newly constructed hotel so everything is clean and comfortable.

The only thing missing is swimming pool.
