Urban Villa By Umbrella

This booking is one of the worst I had ever. 1st we found that property is surrounded by road re-construction works! (This is not something started yesterday. See photos. Property owners had to state this, we never pick this booking knowing about the mess around!!) Mud is everywhere. Then ,on the moment we checked in we has been told that there is no water (!!!) in apartment booked, we has been relocated to rooms in the main building for two days. Once we finally got the apartment we found it only partially functioning. For instance, one of restrooms has door that its not possible to close! (We looked specifically for two shower rooms as we are two couples of friends travelled together , property didn't stand in minimal requirements we searched for ) And final bonus - on the last day there was no hot water available, after long hot day in the city:(! That stay badly hurt our vacation experience. Property Owners use dirty tricks to prevent us posting this review to warn future customers. Note there are no fresh reviews...
