The room was disgusting when we arrived. Nothing had been cleaned, and it was 45 minutes after our intended check-in time. Along with this, it had a distinct smell of smoke. This would have been fine had we been given a new room or had someone to contact about this discomfort. After leaving several messages via email and calling, we have still not heard back 3 days later. We left the property and booked somewhere else immediately as we felt uncomfortable. Would not recommend unless you absolutely must stay here.
USUSThe location is great, the room was nice and clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay (dishes, drinkware, cutlery, coffee, towels, toiletries, etc.). Their communication was prompt and very clear. I prefer a nice firm mattress and was pleasantly surprised by the firm, high quality memory foam mattress. It's super convenient to be able to pull right up to your room and there was plenty of secure, gated parking.

Pillows were thin, and other pillow was really hard. Was very noisy—could hear others using the bathroom. Could also hear outside noise from traffic a block away . The ceiling was missing tiles and pipes were showing. Room also had a strange faint odor. The TV remote was missing the back battery case, also didn’t have volume control so had to get up to TV to change channel.
