USLiked just getting a code and not having to check in. Place has a refrigerator, sink, microwave but no table or chairs. Manager answered my call right away and was very helpful explaining the keycode had been sent via email and he sent via text so i could get in quickly. Very hip place, area getting quite trendy. Within walking distance of the river and falls. It is retro, cement walls and not carpeted. If you want holiday inn, this isn't it. But, my socks stayed clean after walking around all night in them, which wouldn't even happen at my house and never happens at hotels with carpets! So those floors were amazingly clean! I recommend this place, even for un-cool people like me!
Didn't feel quite finished, think they are remodeling. But the bed was so comfy! I wasn't looking for a table and chairs! It might be better explained on Booking.com about getting keycode from email and there is no on-site manager. But manager was super responsive to my call, so I'm on board for this style hotel check-in.

There were some holes in the wall with wires exposed and the bathroom ceiling was missing tiles, exposing pipes.
USLocation and the price were the keys to this stay. 2/4 rooms were good with the smell.
One of our rooms (out of 4) had such a bad smell we were not able to stay in it. Thinking maybe they were trying to cover up smoke smell (Room 523). Another room (524) was a fairly strong smoke smell (for a non-smoker). The other two rooms were good. Would be ideal to have another curtain besides the shade. The lights from the parking lot keep the room pretty bright.

NLAlthough I booked a motel room for $62, I got upgraded to a loft on Main Street. Which was awesome and a bargain for the price I paid. So not sure what rate the motel room should get but this loft was for sure a 9
Till 2pm there was a kind of festival going on so not easy to sleep but of course you can’t blame the hotel for it.

Our first day here the wifi wasn't working. The TV didn't work either because it was a fire tv and needed wifi to work. An entire day and night without the advertised wifi or tv sucks. I would have canceled my second day but this motel dosent offer refunds, probably because problems are common here. Couldn't get a hold of anybody. No staff on site. Numerous messages sent and never answered by owner. I stayed around in the morning and finally talked with the maid around 11 am. Told them the problem they couldn't fix it themselves but said that they would try to contact the owner to have them reboot the system. When we got back at 5 the wifi was working. But it does not make up for no wifi or TV for the first day.
