Flat near Peak District

Very clean and cozy

Comfy bed, big sized bedroom, walk in shower, croissants upon arrival, very clean, there’s milk sachets in the fridge with a good range of tea and coffee, good location with two train stations nearby. You can tell money has been put in to do up the flat as it was well decorated.

As previous reviews, the stairs down to the flat were quite steep and very dark at night. I feel that it could advertised with stairs inside going up to the property above with an internal door (with a lock)- we could hear people above but I understand this can’t be helped.

Great location for hikes, peaceful area with loads of restaurants and pubs on your doorstep. Very cute and cosy little flat, perfect size for two people and clearly has had money spent modernising it. Had really nice toiletries in the bathroom too, nothing cheap. Kitchenette is well equipped for the size, fine for breakfasts, takeaways, or microwave meals. Honestly left there wishing we'd booked a longer stay!

Parking is a bit of a struggle; we had to go about a quarter mile away, but there were roadworks exacerbating the situation. The bedroom carpet was a bit dusty with a used tissue under the bed, but everything else was spotless. A dustpan and brush wouldn't go amiss for our muddy hiking boots - I hate to leave anywhere a mess.

Convenient, comfortable and clean. What more could you want? Internet TV was nice bonus too.

Location was perfect for our needs. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and again perfect for an overnight stay. Bedroom was huge, could have put an extra double bed in there with ease !

The lighting on the steps down to the property isn't good, being solar they're out by 11pm this time of year so going down the very steep steps wasn't easy.

No oven or hob in kitchen, this may have been stated in the information and I just missed it not sure, but it did change our eating plans slightly

The location was far away from shops & the main town centre.
