Barong Bali Resort Ubud

Staff were very lovely and went above and beyond. They opened a coconut for me to drink even though I bought it elsewhere and also organised for our takeaway food to be reheated when we asked for it. Rooms are large and spacious. The private pool was very scenic. Close to the Tegalalang rice fields. Price at the restaurant very reasonable. Breakfast was really good, recommend the nasi goreng. Love the fresh juice available too, especially papaya and avocado smoothies, not too sweet

A bit far away from Ubud Central, hot water not consistent (would be hot for 1-2min then cold for another 1-2min)

Private pool is a plus. Staff really friendly and helpfully. Bed comfortable. There are motorcycles in the hotel a very good price.

Nothing to mention. Maybe a bit more variety in the breakfast. And the location is not central, but is a really quiet place.

Staff and the restaurant were wonderful. The view from my room was very inspiring. Although it was far away from the centre of Ubud, it was nice to try something different.

The WIFI was so intermittent that I had to check out 2 days early. I was trying to work from my room including doing Zoom calls and it was impossible. It rained a lot but that's not really an excuse as I know that other hotels in Ubud were still functional with WIFI. I was told by the manager that I would receive a credit for the 2 days that I was not able to stay because of the poor quality Internet. Some days the electricity and Internet were down for over 5-6 hours. I have not received my credit.

The view is astonishing. Very beautiful view to Rice Field. It worth it to deal with the bugs!
