ZAThe location is perfect. Nice vibey corner near to the marina and good restaurants. We could walk to most attractions in the Old Town.The street can get noisy from the restaurants below however it adds to the vibe.
The building had a damp smell so we liked that we could open the large doors to some fresh air. Tenants above were noisy at night, ie.furniture moving around and loud knocking. We ran short of toilet paper and had to buy our own. The toilet flush was faulty. CIgarette smoke from street & restaurant was annoying for us non-smokers but that probably can't be helped.

From the pictures you can get mistakenly that all the rooms have a proper balcony-where you can step out. Our apartment had a Juliette/ franch balcony, which was a bit disappointing for us.

Es un apartamento para 2 personas. Si vais mas de dos y teneis que usar el sofa cama, no es nada comodo. Está completamente hundido, es imposible dormir en el, si vais muchos dias no vais a poder descansar en absoluto. Si van dos perdonas el apartamento es ideal.

Sala sem A/C, futon horrível e sem estar feito para uma terceira pessoa. Chave do apartamento não funciona e principalmente um preço estupidamente elevado para o que foi proporcionado.

GBThe location is right in the centre of the town and you are within walking distance to the main attractions. The ocean is literally 5min away. Thank you to the staff who provided the kettle.
There was no kettle and we needed to ask for it.
