LVLocation was perfect, facilities good and service very quick.
The doors were always locked by a pin code, and on the first day, we couldn’t lock them properly. However, after contacting the owners, they responded quickly and fixed the issue. A couple of days before leaving, water started dripping from the ceiling in the shower. Something had happened on the second floor. After informing the owners, they offered to move us to another apartments, but since we had already spent almost a week there and were tired from hiking, we decided to stay. It didn’t bother us that much. The next day, a similar issue occurred in the kitchen. The owners assumed it was due to rain, but it hadn’t rained that much in Funchal. Owerall it was a good stay!

The bed was a bit hard for us, personal preference only.
NLThe accomodation is in the heart of Funchal, everything is just 5-10 minutes walking! The flat is clean, the bed is very comfortable. We also used the kitchen - you will find everything you need for cooking! we found there salt, pepper, coffee and tea - thanks for that!
The only thing I needed there were the broom) it's difficult to clean the room without broom or vacuum cleaner
MAThe appartment is spacious , well located. It has everything needed for a short to medium stay. The view of the near ocean and sunrise is beautiful.
The blinds would benefit from more cleaning. The empty room could be used as a nook with a sitting area or at least having a small sofa somewhere in the appartment.
