Desayuno malo y mal organizado. Intentaron ingresar a mi habitación sin mi consentimiento dos personas que no eran de limpieza, pero yo estaba en la habitación, al reclamar dijeron que no era cierto. Habitaciones con mal mantenimiento, contactos y lámparas inservibles. Se solicita apoyo al personal en turno y no resuelven argumentando qué es imposible contactar al gerente. No tienen el menú de almohadas qué promocionan. Además no respetan la tarifa de la plataforma. En pocas palabras nada recomendable, pésima experiencia.
