Lovely studio apartment in Norwich city centre

Very convienient for the town centre, would use it again. Secure parking was a nice bonus. But the £5 per day charge paid not via booking.com and not mentioned till after we were due to arrive was a little cheeky.

Laminate floors coming up in a few places, wife dropped her glasses and under the sofa and bed were an inch deep in dust. Oven did not work, no instructions. But to be fair she did her best to help via text.

Nice flat in a very good location with parking. Well equipped and comfortable. Overall would recommend.

Our visit was in January. Kitchen was very cold. Radiator in lounge / bedroom was on a timer which came on at 5pm so flat was cold when returning in the evening. A slight continuous noise from unit in the block hallway.

It was clean and neat.

The host was not in communication at all, she never picked up the calls or called back seeing my missed calls. She only did message me the excess info and never picked up my calls. The freezer wasn’t working on our whole stay.

the apartment is located very close to the center, you can park your car after booking, the room is large, with a comfortable bed, there is also an equipped kitchen that you can use. It's also clean.

Overall, I have no objections, but some tiles on the bathroom floor could be repaired as they can be tripped over.

Secure parking in a small courtyard. Well lit and very clean corridor and stairs.

The cold kitchen and wardrobe! There is one radiator in the bedroom that is on a timer ⏲️ The french doors need adjustment as a cold draught came through at all times.

Nice short walk into city centre. Very comfortable bed and sofa area. Lovely and clean.

Comfortable with great central heating. Was cosy warm.

For the price, it was fine.
