"Value for money. Owner very quickly rectified the situation when the cleaner forgot to leave the key in the key safe."

Location, security at the property for parking the car. Well equipped eg iron, ironing board., kitchen equipment.

No complaints but the flooring in the bathroom perhaps due to a flood is uneven and needs replacing as it spoils the appearance .

Location was good, nearby alot of facilities. Had the essentials we needed and was a Comfortable stay.

When we first arrived we found the bed didn't look like it had been made, there was damp towels on the bed. I opened the fridge to find left over pizza from the previous guests. The bin hadn't been emptied and was full of rubbish once again from the previous guest's. Then when we opened the toilet and the bottom of the toilet bowl was still dirty from where someone else had used it previously!

Lovely modern apartment which is only a short walk to the city centre but far away from the noise of the nightlife.

Nothing, but it could do with a fan and a hairdryer.

Good for my needs. Good location. Easy to find. Great instructions by the host.

Needed a few bits fixing up like the shower head, a couple of loose tiles. Extractor in bathroom needs a clean too.

"A lovely comfortable apartment in an excellent location."

The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed, the location was excellent and so handy to just walk in to the main area of Norwich! Bed and couch were comfortable and had a tv and a good kitchen. Also had a car park Space available for 5 pounds a night. All in all everything was great.
