Perfectly located, directly in the city centre, 5-10 minutes walk from anywhere. Great location for pubs, bars and restaurants. Well catered for with en suite bathroom and equipped kitchen. Clean throughout. Plenty of pay and display parking out front (I was there on a weekend so needed to pay between 8-6pm - although I was only there for an hour in that time). Very responsive host. Highly recommended.

Wasn’t well presented Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly Bedding was worn No plug in the bathroom sink Couldn’t shave as didn’t hold water Generally run down

"Very basic, comfy budget stay"

Central location; very basic amenities covered; did feel safe as a solo woman traveller, very comfy bed

WiFi was non-existent; flat was not very clean; missing some key elements like loo roll, salt/pepper, coffee making facilities (does have a mocha pot)

"Location, location, location! Great alternative to a basic hotel in Norwich."

Perfect location, comfy bed, useful facilities, nice and warm, easy self-check-in.

Communication wasn't initially forthcoming, but once requested all instructions were super clear. A few updates (shower extractor fan, black out blind, scrubber in kitchen) would take this from fine to excellent!

"Great value in a close location to city centre"

Perfect location across the river from the centre. Easy to enter the property. Secure parking sport. Flat and equipment was a little dated, but perfectly functional. Little noise from neighbouring apartments, but nothing too bad. All in all, very good value for money.

A few upgrades to kitchen equipment would help

"Absolute Gem"

The location of this apartment was perfect, plenty of little bars and cafes around and a very short walk to the center. The apartment was spacious and the facilities were more than enough. We will be returning.

Nothing, absolutely nothing was wrong with this place it was a perfect apartment in a perfect location.
