Everything. Walls are peeling off. Bed os dirty. Jacuzzi was filled witj water probably from previous guests. We saw the room and just ran out as fast as we could!

A room had a very strong smell of cigarettes, there was something white in the jacuzzi, everything looked very dirty and old. The staff was ignoring us when the problem occurred and after a week of trials to get to the manager they said that they won't refund me despite the fat that they gave us an apartment that wasn't suitable for living. Also no apologies for all the inconveniences that we had.

Not a hotel , its an old house renwed for room purposes. code to enter door, no reception. I booked the best room with jacuzzi however the images shown on booking did not match. Unfinished cheap renewed design like unfinished painting in the walls and some peeling around the jacuzzi borders... not a pleasant site. Noisy! Could hear people talking outside the corridors and street noise, didn't feel private.

Extremely comfortable room, and lovely terrace. Very much home feel. The en suite spa is a lovely touch. Staff was incredible; offered help and patience at all times and was super comforting, friendly and professional.
