Everything felt sleazy from entrance to room.

Location

The place is really dirty, and they don’t accept credit cards, so I had to pay in cash. There was noise from the other rooms late at night. I will not go back there.

Good location. We got upgraded to a bit bigger room.

Rooms had cigarette smell, and ash tray. We are non smokers, maybe should have checked ahead of time . I payed an extra 45 NIS for free cancelation, but it didn't say it's applicable only for up to 3 days prior- so when I thought i needed to cancel, 2 days before, I couldn't. Also, the price on booking with cancelation fee was 320NIS, but my card was charged 380 NIS.

Location was great!!! The Host was amazing she went out of her way to accommodate me and to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Very professional and the staff were there at all times to answer questions and help. A big shout out to housekeeper the room was very clean the chandelier had zero dust.. I will recommend the Chateau to all my associates.👍

Nothing i tried to be fair

The bed is broken The tv The flooring The shower filled the room with water Some literally got into the room in the middle of the night. The pictures are not accurate in any way On top of all this the "respectable" owner asked me on WhatsApp to rate the place with good rating While literally calling me in the message *f* aggot And that i should go f myself He will hear from us soon ;)

Could have been more clean on the ground floor/Entrance.And it would have been better if shower gel and shampoo was provided.
