There was always somebody available on the phone and in the structure. There is a parking lot nearby.

The room was nothing like the pictures I saw when I booked. It was extremely claustrophobic, not really clean, uncomfortable, huge gap under the front door (no privacy)…and most of all the bed was broken (impossible to sleep on it). We went back home during the night because we couldn’t sleep there. Before I booked, I saw that their rate was really good…but it’s not true!! The structure is old and in bad conditions! Also, the address on booking is not correct, something doesn’t feel right about all this!

This is the worst hotel I've been to!! The reviews are most likely twisted, the photos do not match reality, as well as the address. There is a dead Jacuzzi in the room, a terrible smell of rotten dampness. Everything is dead , rusty and dirty, the wallpaper is sliding off the walls . This number does not cost 400, 300 or even 200 shekels, 100 maximum Stained towels, rusty broadcasters, dead cockroaches, dust and dirt It's just a terrible horror

The hotel owner was very helpful, available for anything needed, and even provided treats. The room was very nice and tidy, and the hotel is in a good location. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Small stuff was missing, like soap in the shower and a missing light bulb, but it is fixable stuff and the owner would help if asked
