The location of the property is really good. But what reallt stood out was the service by Prince, he ensured that we had the fresh catch of the day and got us scrumptious meals. Ache ensured that the room is cleaned regularly. Would totally recommend the stay. The beach is 20 m away, and it’s not too crowded. Went for a morning meditation session which was calming.

The place needs to be tidied up a bit. Hallway and frontdesk were placed with stock, which gives a chaotic impression.

Very substandard, not maintained at all, basic thing like an hand wash also wasn’t provided. The entire property wasn’t maintained and it smelt bad.

The staff at White Shell Beach Resort were very hospitable, polite, and helpful. Prince, the manager is very patient and helps you plan your vacation time with information about must-visit tourist spots, transport, events, and the local culture. You can have a relaxed and safe holiday at the property which is very close to the beach. Very good service. Deserves more than five stars.

The location was beautiful, on a quiet beach, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us collect some luggage which had been put on the wrong plane. The complementary breakfast was always delicious and served with a smile. Dinner was also delicious and they were happy to cater to my dietary requirements.

The door to the balcony doesn't lock and the bathroom was a bit smelly.
